The market, run by Open Culture, will boast more 50 stalls per day offering unique Christmas gifts from independent sellers on December 3 and 4.

With different stalls each day, visitors can enjoy a wide range of sweet treats and hot drinks and discover hand-made gifts whilst supporting local businesses.

Friday December 3 will feature sustainable jewellery from Francesca Dot, ceramics from The Luli Studio and fudgy treats from Little Bear’s Fudgery.

On the Saturday, you can find plant-based cakes from Jostle Bakers, organic children’s clothing from Patatino and quirky candles from Blow Me Candles.

Drinks and snacks will also be available at Welsford Bistro.

MerseyNewsLive chatted to Reverend Stuart Haynes from Liverpool Cathedral about the market and other upcoming Christmas events.

Tickets are £5 per person and free for under-16s and it is advised that visitors wear face coverings and practise social distancing.

More information can be found on the Winter Arts Market website.
