Merseyside Police are appealing for information about the man seen on CCTV below, in connection to a fight that broke out in Waterloo earlier this month.
At around 4.30 pm on Monday 1 March, a fight broke out involving males inside Mainstore newsagents in Waterloo.
One person was punched and a second received an arm injury.
Enquiries are ongoing and two males, aged 31 and 17, have been arrested and remain under investigation.
