A woman from Liverpool will abseil down Anfield stadium to raise money for a cancer charity.
Charlotte Grant was crowned Miss Liverpool last month, and will compete for the title in the Miss England National final next month, a national beauty pageant in the UK.
Miss Grant says she is using her title as the newly crowned Miss Liverpool City Region 2024 to raise funds for the charity Balls to Cancer.
This is just the latest in the line of charity fundraisers Charlotte has done over the years.
This Saturday, she is set to step out of her comfort zone and go abseiling down Anfield stadium.
She said: “Miss England’s all about pushing boundaries and trying things that you’ve never done before so that’s definitely something I’ve never done, so that can be ticked off the bucket list.
“With it being Anfield, I just thought what represents Liverpool more than Liverpool football club”.
Charlotte admits to being a bit of an adrenaline junkie and said that the support has been incredible.
So far she has raised almost half of her target, and would like to thank her fellow scousers and all those who have supported her on her journey.
Among her many achievements, she owns her own cosmetics company, Charlotte Grant Cosmetics, and has also starred in TV and film.
