Rishi Sunak has finally become Prime Minister amidst fears on Merseyside that he will do little to help the Labour stronghold.
He is the first British Asian to hold the office and the youngest leader the country has seen in over 200 years.
The new PM arrived at 10 Downing Street to be greeted by hecklers amongst the crowds as he promised to undo the turmoil of recent weeks.
