A 13-year-old boy from Moreton has been charged with stabbing a 15-year-old, according to Merseyside Police.
The incident occurred in Ridgewood Park, Pensby, and was reported just after 5.05pm on Sunday 19th October.
The victim was taken to Alder Hey Children’s hospital and remains in a stable condition.

Detective Inspector Phil Ryan, said: “I would ask residents on the following roads to check their CCTV and dashcam footage for anything which will assist the investigation, particularly the surrounding roads of Fishers Lane, Old Wood Road, Nicholls Drive and Rusland Avenue between 5pm and 5.15pm on Sunday.”
The 13-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with wounding and possession of a bladed article.
Two other boys, aged 15 and 13 years, and a 13-year-old girl were also arrested but have been released on bail with conditions.
DI Ryan added: “We continue working with partners and schools to educate young people on the devastating consequences carrying a knife and knife crime has.
“My message to them is to please think twice and not carry them in the first place.”
