The Movember charity event MoRunning, will be returning to Croxteth Park this November.
The event offers the option to run 1.5K, 5K, 10K or a half-marathon on 15th November at Muirhead Avenue East in Croxteth Park.
The event offers everyone of different ages and abilities the chance to raise money for the Movember charity.
Up to 500-600 runners are expected to take part in the event, which MoRunning employee, Dave Krangel said would be a fun and friendly event.
Dave said: “In 2009 we had just the one MoRunning event, since then we have had a maximum of 22 events across the UK and Ireland and currently we have 18 locations.

“Plus, we have a virtual MoRun so anyone anywhere in the world can get involved.”
Movember involves various charities and people raising money specifically for prostate cancer, mental health and suicide awareness during November.
This can involve running for charity or even growing a moustache.
Krangel said “Supporting Movember is very important and helping raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health means a lot. If we are able to help just one person in some way that is great.”

“I’d like to think though that MoRunning means a lot to a lot of people and inspires them to not only get fit and feel good, but to open up,talk more and take care of themselves.”
Charity events like MoRunning are vital for raising awareness and money for prostate cancer and mental health, especially with the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.
