Police seized a large amount of cash, cannabis and suspected cocaine after searching a house on Tarbock Road, Speke on Tuesday.

A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, supply of Class B drugs, possession of Class B drugs and possession of criminal property.  

The man has been released under investigation.  

Detective Inspector Neil Dillon said: “We see first-hand the harm that drug supply and organised crime has on our communities. It can devastate the lives of vulnerable people, and lead to serious violent crime”.
