A community group in Bootle has been taking action to stop fly-tipping in the area.
The Bootle Community Action group was set up by Michael Brennan 10 years ago to help bring the community together but they are now facing a problem bigger than they expected when they started litter picking.
Images online show mass amounts of rubbish being dumped on road sides and alleyways in the area, with large items that the group cannot move.
Brennan has called on the council to do more to help the group and work with them in order to clean up the local area.
