PM Rishi Sunak has revealed that the Home Secretary will be returning to Warrington as the investigation into the murder of teenager Brianna Ghey continues.
This was in response to a question from Charlotte Nichols, the Labour MP for Warrington, during Prime Minister’s Questions today.
Ms Nichols asked about the support that Brianna’s community should expect from the government.
Sunak said: “I know the Home Secretary is shortly due to visit the area and she will be able to discuss with the honourable lady what support can be provided to support the community at a time like this, and she will know that she will have what she needs from the government.”
