A recent study conducted by OLBG has found that Anfield offers the second-cheapest pint in the Premier League.
The study found that the average price a Premier League fan can expect to pay per pint is £5.02.
Anfield and Goodison Park both find themselves near the financially-favourable end of the spectrum with The Reds charging £3.30 and The Toffees charging £4.55.
Rank | Club | Stadium | Pint Price |
1 | Manchester United | Old Trafford | £3.00 |
2 | Liverpool FC | Anfield | £3.30 |
3 | Ipswich Town | Portman Road | £3.50 |
4 | AFC Bournemouth | Vitality Stadium | £4.25 |
5 | Everton FC | Goodison Park | £4.55 |
Manchester United offer fans the cheapest matchday pint
Perhaps unsurprisingly, four out of the five most expensive pints can be purchased at London clubs with West Ham topping out the list at a whopping £7.30 per pint.
No matter how upset Liverpool and Everton fans may get over the course of a season, they’re at least lucky they can drown their sorrows cheaply.
However, with Everton’s move to Bramley Moore fast approaching, Toffees might begin to sweat over their top five spot.
