The Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards are taking place this evening at Liverpool Cathedral.
The awards celebrate excellence and achievement across Liverpool City Region’s visitor economy and will run from 6:30pm to 11:30pm with an After Show party at Mason’s Bar on Seel Street until 2am.

There has been a 40% increase in entries since the last awards.
The competition includes several rounds of judging with interviews and mystery shops across 17 categories.
There are 80 of Liverpool’s best hospitality and tourism spots shortlisted across the 17 categories.
Judging for the awards is carried out by an independent panel of industry experts, selected for their impartiality, experience and suitability for each category.
