Liverpool Empire celebrated its centenary year of entertaining the masses, with stars such as The Beatles and local plays such as Blood Brothers.
Music was celebrated last year too with performances from Lana Del Rey and Bruce Springsteen, with Sir Paul McCartney dropping in for a surprise set with the boss.
Everton bid farewell to Goodison Park on May 18th with a 2-0 win over Southampton. After 133 years and many football firsts, the toffees closed the chapter at their second stadium with an Iliman Ndiaye brace.
Everton Women have now moved into the ‘Grand Old Lady’, an upgrade from their former facilities at Walton Hall Park.
Liverpool FC also celebrated in 2025 having won the league in Arne Slots first season with the reds.
