A man from Claughton has been charged with Class A and B drug offences after a large amount of cocaine was found in a safe.
Gary Lamb, 42, of Park Road West has been charged with being in possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs.
He has been remanded into custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday 24 November.
Inspector Barry Atkinson said: “Every arrest and every seizure we make impacts on dealers lining their pockets as a result of this exploitation. We ask that the public tell us anything they know about drug dealing in their communities.”
