Freedom of expression champions Index on Censorship visited Liverpool John Moores University to explore the issue of censorship in science.

The team brought in a panel of scientists from around the UK to expose what has been censored to the public about being discovered.

The panel included Dr Deborah Cohen, Paul Garner MB BS MD, and Dr Hannah Little.

Dr Cohen is an award-winning medically qualified broadcaster, journalist and editor, who has worked across mainstream and academic print, digital, TV and radio.

Cohen is now a visiting senior fellow at LSE Health.

Paul Garner is Professor in evidence-based public health in infectious diseases.

He trained in London, he worked in Papua New Guinea, then to the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and then the Liverpool School.
