Liverpool Football Club fan Kemal moved to the city in February 2020 after enjoying success in London, where he worked at multi-award winning restaurants and won a Best Foreign Chef in London award.

Kemal is also a member of the International Gastronomy Federation and has served food to hundreds of meals to local vulnerable people.

He added: “Ever since I was a child in Turkey, I was passionate about food. I watched my Mother cook and learnt how to make all the traditional Turkish methods and secrets from a young age.

“I still had to work my way up and prove myself even though I started early.”
