The Harvey Nichols Beauty Bazaar is set to close soon. The store, which is located on Manesty’s Lane in the city centre, opened its doors for the first time in 2013.
Staff are at risk of redundancy.
Nancy Gharbi, a student from Edge Hill University, commented:”They had an amazing collection of perfumes that is hard to find elsewhere.”
“Now there will be one less space for women.”
Local business owner, Peter Lee, said:”The place was proper fancy but I never saw it very busy, not surprised it’s closing now.”
Speaking to the Liverpool ECHO, a Harvey Nichols spokesperson said: “We have reviewed our store portfolio and mutually agreed with the landlord of our Beauty Bazaar location in Liverpool to surrender the lease as we focus on investment into full-category stores.”
A spokesperson from Liverpool One said they cannot confirm the date of closure.
