It’s Christmas jumper day on Thursday (December 12), an annual fundraiser day set up by the Save the Children charity which raises money for children who need it most.

It involves putting a festive jumper on at your workplace, School or wherever you may be on the day, along with making a donation to the charity.

Save the Children was founded in 2012 and has since raised over £30 million for Children all over the world.

It is a popular fundraiser across the UK and many schools take part along with celebrities getting involved and promoting the good cause. Wearing the jumper usually goes along with making a £2 donation.

All information and how to donate is on the Save the children website.
