Planning approval has been received for the redevelopment of Liverpool’s International Slavery Museum and Maritime Museum.
The transformation will centre around people – past, present and future, local, national and international – to create dynamic and welcoming spaces for visitors to grasp contemporary issues.
Early 2025 will see the closures of the museums and they are set to re-open in 2028.
More information to follow.
