With a collection of unique bars, restaurants and shops, The Triangle has become a top tourist spot for Liverpool.
Time Out voted the Triangle the 11th coolest place to live in the world and the top ranked in the UK
According to RWinvest, it is also one of the best places to invest in student property.
The Baltic Triangle consists of 93 acres of mixed used lands.
The Triangle is also home to The Baltic Market, where you’ll find outdoor drinking areas, roof terrace, multiple diverse food stalls.
This vibrant market is the perfect place for an easy bite to eat and a unique social environment on the outskirts of Liverpool.
The market’s maritime connections are numerous and it is certainly one of Liverpool’s most overlooked landmarks.
It is Liverpool’s first outdoor food market and has proved itself to be a very popular spot during the day on a weekend for tourists as well as locals.
With reasonable prices on food and quick, easy table service it is the ideal spot for some afternoon socialising. Recently Baltic Market has started to host events and gigs.

The Baltic Triangle’s trades around the world are prominent and that its role throughout Liverpool’s glory days of trading were important, however The Baltic Market was only opened in the summer of 2017.
This permanent space for independent city businesses to set up shop, flung its doors open to showcase to the people of Liverpool and display its potential.
Alongside the Baltic Market, an organisation named Boxpark has announced that they will be heading to Liverpool.
They have signed a 15 year lease with the Cain’s Brewery Village for the Canning Hall site in the south of Liverpool city, which sits in the Baltic Triangle district.
The Boxpark in Liverpool will be the first of its kind outside of Liverpool, with three sites in Shortditch, Croyden and Wembley.
Working hand in hand with the Liverpool City Council, the new Boxpark will create 150 jobs.
The aim for Boxpark is to create a great network within the street food culture of Liverpool, in order to develop a diverse amount of cuisines.
