For the first time in eight days, Tom was unlucky with his bid to find you a winner yesterday. However, our figures for the past three weeks are looking pretty strong. Our level stakes at the moment are at +£6.95 to every £1 stake on our horses(50p EW if stated).
A busy day ahead in Great Britain and Ireland sees four jumps meetings, including a Listed race at Market Rasen. Also, two all weather meetings this evening at Southwell and Chelmsford, the latter having a valuable handicap at 17:55.
The first to jump away will be the sole Irish card of the day where we head to post at Thurles for a 12:50 start. We have seven races here.
Then we head to Berkshire and to Newbury for another seven-race card. The 15:10 is a Pertemps Network Qualifier for the final at Cheltenham next year.
Next away is the main card for the day at Market Rasen, for six races. The listed race is a three mile chase for the mares at 14:15. This race includes my NAP for the day.
And the final jumps card is up at Sedgefield. Beginning at 13:15, where Brian Hughes has a few nice mounts including my NB which you can see in a moment.
The evening meetings get underway in Chelmsford at 16:25 and then at Southwell for 16:40. Both of these are eight-race cards on the Polytrack and fibresand, respectively. My EW shout goes at Chelmsford this evening.
Today’s Tips:
NAP: Annie Angel – 14:15 Market Rasen.
A short price favourite in this race but two clearcut wins at Uttoxeter with this mare show she’s moving in the right direction. Bridget Andrews takes the ride this afternoon.
NB: Bannixtown Glory – 16:00 Sedgefield
Brian Hughes and Donald McCain pair up again and will be looking for their 92nd victory as a pair at the Northern course.
Each Way: Taste the Nectar – 16:55 Chelmsford.
Silvestre de Sousa rides for Robert Cowell and was a novice winner over C&D last time out. Back in a nursery puts him in a great place.
I will be back for a special Weekend Edition on Saturday as Aintree have seven races including some valuable handicaps.
Best of luck.
